Q: When are the attractions open?
A: The Newcastle Nightmares attractions are open Friday and Saturday nights during the month of October. Please see our Schedule Page for exact dates and times.


Q: What is the best time to arrive?
A: Ticket sales start at 7:30pm. A bit before or as close to 7:30pm is always better. But you MUST BE here by ticket booth closing times to guarantee your entrance to the attractions.


Q: Are you open if it's raining?
A: This is at our discretion. You may give us a call to find out if we are open or closed. We will also post it to our website if we are closed. If we are open on misty, drizzly nights. However, the Haunt is not under a big umbrella, so it will be wet.


Q: What should I wear?
A: We are outside, so don't wear your best, brand new clothes or open toe shoes!


Q: What is the appropriate age for kids?
A: Parents need to be the judge of their own kids and how they handle scary things. A ten year old may have a blast, but a 40 year old may end up crying.


Q: Has anyone ever P***** their pants?
A: Yes, frequently, more than once a night. Newcastle Nightmare is the large and scary haunted attraction.


Q: Who comes up with the Scares?
A: The Sick Twisted mind of the Owners and those that work here!


Q: Are alcoholic beverages permitted at Newcastle Nightmare?
A: NO! Alcoholic beverages are not allowed nor do we serve any! Any violators of this policy will be ejected from the premises without a refund.


Q: Is smoking permitted at Newcastle Nightmare?
A: No. Any violators of this policy will be ejected from the premises without a refund.


Q: What if I'm too scared or my kid is too scared, can I get a refund?
A: Sorry, but no refunds. You have purchased a ticket for the Newcastle Nightmare haunted attractions. You've paid to be scared. So, if you or your child are so scared that you can't continue through the haunts, then we have done our job. There would be no reason for a refund.
